摘要从理论上来讲，汇率是影响一国进出口贸易最为直接的因素之一。汇率变动可以通过改变进出口商品的价格影响一国的进出口贸易。一般情况下，本币升值会提高以外币衡量的本国出口商品的价格，降低以本币衡量的进口商品的价格，从而抑制出口促进进口，减少贸易顺差。我国加入WTO 后，人民币升值对我国进出口贸易的影响越来越不可忽视。人民币升值的影响深远，不仅关系到我国进出口贸易的发展，而且还影响到整个社会经济的发展。研究此问题，对保持我国进出口贸易对经济的拉动、促进我国社会经济持续稳定发展以及构建和谐社会都有着重大的意义。本文将深入探究人民币升值对我国进出口贸易的影响以及政府、企业的应对政策64253

Title The influence of RMB appreciation on our country’s import and export trade and countermeasure
Abstract In theory, exchange rate is one of the most direct factors to affect a country's import and export trade. Exchange rate changes can influence a country's import and export trade by changing the price of the import and export commodities.Under normal circumstances, the currency appreciation will raise prices of its exports of goods in foreign currency, reduce the price of imported goods measured in local currency, thus inhibiting import export promotion, reduce the trade surplus.After China join the WTO, the RMB appreciation on China's import and export trade growing influence can not be ignored. Far-reaching impact of RMB appreciation, not only related to the development of China's foreign trade, but also affects the entire social and economic development. Research this problem, to keep the pull on the economy of our country import and export trade, promote our country social economy sustained and stable development and building a harmonious society is of great significance. This paper will delve into the influence of the appreciation of the RMB to our country import and export trade and the government, the enterprise's policy response.

1 引言
