摘 要：拍卖是在市场经济条件下高效配置资源的一种交易方式。随着我国经济社会发展水平的日益提高，拍卖行业也随之不断的成长和发展，自从我国加入了世界贸易组织，拍卖市场的竞争也越来越大，拍卖行业也将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文将以江苏省为例阐述拍卖行业的内涵，分析江苏省拍卖行业在发展中存在的市场秩序混乱、竞争加剧，行业格局复杂、两级分化等问题，并提出规范秩序，开拓新市场，相互协作，走联合拍卖之路等对策和建议。66099
Abstract：The auction is a way of trading mode in the efficient allocation of resources under the condition of market economy. With the development of Chinese economic and society ,the auction industry will increasingly grow and develop. Since China became one of the members of WTO, the competition of auction market is becoming more and more fierce. The auction industry will be faced with unknown opportunities and challenges. This paper will take Jiangsu Province as example to explain the connotation of the auction industry and analysis the problems that exist in the development of auction industry in Jiangsu Province, including the market disorder, fierce competition, complex structure, two levels of differentiation and so on. And this paper will also come up with the countermeasures and suggestions for normative order, new markets, mutual cooperation and joint auction.

1 引言
