摘要从2008年开始，我国就取代了日本成为世界第二经济体。在中国面临着精神文明不能满足人们的需求以及产业升级的情况下，发展文化创业产业是非常必须的。尽管中国对文化产业发展相当重视，也制定了一系列促进发展的政策，但是我国目前文化产业发展现状还存在许多不尽人意的地方，发展文化产业还面临很多制约瓶颈和不确定因素的干扰。日本的文化产业是亚洲第一，并且在世界上也有一席之地。另外，日本文化创意产业的发展历程和中国有相似之处，它的成功的经验是非常值得我们借鉴的。这篇论文对比中日的文化产业发展历程，着重研究其动漫游戏产业，通过文献研究、比较分析、数量研究、信息研究，总结时候我国文化产业发展的建议，希望能对我国文化产业发展和产业升级做出贡献。64254

Title    The Experiences and Inspirations of Japanese  Cultural and Creative Industries                                            

Abstract From 2008, China began to replace Japan as the world's second economy.Facing the situation that spiritual sivilization can not meet people's needs as well as the case of industrial upgrading,development of cultural creative industrues is necessary.Although China attaches great importance to the development of the cultural industry and developed a series of policies to promote development,but there are still many imperfections in the  current development status of China's cultural industry,cultural industry still faces many constraints bottlenecks and uncertainties interference.Japanese culture industry is the first in Asia, and also has a place in the world. In addition, the development of cultural and creative industries in Japan and China has similarities course, it's successful experience is well worth our reference.This paper contrasts Japan and China's cultural industry development process    focusing on its animation and game industry, through literature studies, comparative analysis,number research,information research summarizes  China's cultural industry development proposals,hoping to  make contributions to China's cultural industry development and industrial upgrade .

1.1 研究背景及意义

文化产业在世界各国的经济产业中都占有一定的地位，在发达国家已经成为支柱产业。美国作为世界上最大的文化产业国家，其文化产业的比重已经占到GDP的25%，亚洲最大的文化产业国家日本，在经济低迷的环境下支持着国家经济的发展。在近十年中中国的文化产业取得了极大地进步，但是在这发展的过程中出现了一些无法忽视的问题。为了使我国的文化创意产业得到持续稳定的发展并解决现阶段所遇到的问题，本文对亚洲第一的文化产业国家日本进行了分析研究。提出了文化产业链和产业网的建设，加强文化产业和其他产业的联系，使产业间互相促进发展，形成一种良性循环。 日本发展文化创意产业的经验及启示:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_71306.html
