中小学法制化管理与学生独立人格的养成

摘要：“依法治校”的理念走进学校管理，中小学法制化管理是学校管理的必然趋势。中小学学生作为未来社会发展的中坚力量，培养其独立人格，释放其独立人格的力量对未来社会的发展具有重要作用。本文探讨中小学法制化管理与学生独立人格两者的内涵及其关系，以民办学校为例，分析中小学法制化管理中存在的问题对学生独立人格养成的影响，从而寻求改善途径，逐步改进中小学法制化管理的各项举措，为学生养成独立人格提供最佳的环境，促进学生独立人格的发展。56276

Abstract:The philosophy of the running the schools by law enter in the school administration. Legal system management of the primary and secondary school administration is an inevitable trend.Primary and secondary school students are the power of social development in the future.It is important for the development of the society in the future by developing their personality independent and releasing its power.This paper discusses the the connotation and relationship between the legal system management of primary and secondary and student’s personality independent.For example,according to the private schools,I analyzed the effect of the development of students’independent personality which caused by the problems of the legal system management of primary and secondary school administration.By this way, we seek the way to improve the legal system management of primary and secondary schools,and to provide the best environment for students to develop independent personality, and to promote the development of students' independent personality.

1 前言

现今，法制化管理已深入到社会生活中，学校管理不甘落后，紧跟时代发展趋势。运用法制化管理，对学校日常管理事务、教师教学要求、师生关系、学生权利及义务都作出具体要求，这有利于法律精神在学校中的弘扬，对学生的身心发展具有积极影响。独立人格是学生人格中重要的一部分，对学生适应生活，处理人际关系问题具有重要作用。本文着重探讨中小学法制化管理对学生独立人格养成的影响，分析法制化管理中存在的问题，并在此基础上寻求解决办法。

1.1研究背景
