摘 要:远程学习方式以其丰富的学习资源、不受时空限制等优越性,逐渐成为信息社会人们进行自主学习和终身学习的重要学习方式之一。但在实践发展中,由于诸多因素的影响,使得它的质量常常受到社会各界的质疑。因此,探讨影响远程学习者学习有效性的因素,对于推进远程教育发展、提高远程教育质量具有积极的意义。以淮阴师范学院网修课程为例,采用文献分析、问卷调查、案例分析等方法,从远程学习的主体——学习者出发,通过分析学习者、教师、网络课程、网络学习环境等因素对学习者学习有效性的影响,提出学习者要培养学习兴趣,明确学习目的;教师要不断提高自身的教学素质以及网络信息素养;注重网络学习支持服务的提升与完善;加强网络资源的设计与开发这四方面对策和建议,促进远程学习效果的提高。66542

Abstract: Distance learning mode with its abundant learning resources, not limited by time and space and other advantages, has become one of the most important ways of independent learning and lifelong learning in information society. But in practice, because of the influence of many factors, its quality is often questioned by the social from all walks of life. Therefore, to explore factors that influence the effectiveness of distance learners learning, for promoting the development of distance education, to improve the quality of distance education has a positive meaning. This topic take the network courses of Huaiyin Normal University as an example, and use literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other methods. This topic from the main body of distance learning -- learners perspective, analyze the main factors which influence the learning effectiveness including learner factors, teacher factors, network course, the network learning environment factors, and propose countermeasures and recommendations in four areas that the learners to cultivate interest in learning, clear learning objectives; teachers should constantly improve their teaching quality and the network information literacy; pay attention to the ascension of online learning support service and perfect; strengthen the design and development of network resources, to improve the effect of distance learning.
