为了重振教学,教师必须促进课堂中教学资源的即时生成,将更多、更新的学习资料融入到课堂中去,让课堂成为教师与学生焕发生命激情、充满生机和活力的场所

摘要:随着新课程改革的不断推进,“动态生成”作为其核心理念正被愈加地关注和倡导。它强调了学生的主体地位,要求教师在课堂中要倾听学生的见解和观察学情,将其中具有教学价值的部分转化为新的教学资源来引导学生掌握知识并发展潜能。当前的教师对此理念的意识淡薄,他们更多地关心如何教,而对学生如何学则少有论及,教学成为单向的信息与知识流通,这在很大程度上阻碍了学生的全面发展。为了重振教学,教师必须促进课堂中教学资源的即时生成,将更多、更新的学习资料融入到课堂中去,让课堂成为教师与学生焕发生命激情、充满生机和活力的场所。60871

Abstract: With the advancement of the new curriculum reform, "dynamic generation" as its core idea is being more and more attention and advocacy. It emphasizes the dominant position of students, and let teachers to listen to students’ opinions and observe their studies in the classroom. After that, teachers turn the valuable part of students’ performance into resources to lead the students to master the knowledge and develop their potential. Nowadays, teachers’ sense of this idea is eroded. They care more about how to teach students, and neglect their learning. Then teaching become a single way to circulate information and knowledge, which hinders the development of students' knowledge and ability in the very great degree. In order to revive the teaching, teachers must promote the dynamic generation in the classroom, putting more new resources into practical teaching. And let the classroom become the place where full of vigor and vitality. Therefore, people will keep their constantly radiant with enthusiasm.
