摘要：目的：为提高老年人对高血压的认知水平和重视程度提供科学依据。方法：采用面对面式测量老年人血压数值并调查记录，以统计学方法录入数据并分析。结果：（1）本次调查中调查人数为702人，有314人罹患高血压（44.7%）（2）70～79周岁和80～89周岁老年人罹患高血压的比例高于其他年龄组。（3）生活习惯中偏向多运动、少饮酒，饮食清淡、多饮水，睡眠好、心情保持愉悦的老年人罹患高血压的比例远低于其他老年人。结论：南京玄武区养老院老年人高血压患病率较高，控制率不高，对高血压知识的了解及如何治疗还需加强。52208

Abstract：Objective: to improve the level of cognition of hypertension in the elderly and provide scientific evidence for emphasis. Methods: using numerical and investigation records, face-to-face measuring blood pressure in the elderly, to inputs data statistics and analysis. 1  前言

高血压是一种常见的慢性非传染性疾病，也是心脑血管疾病、脑卒中、心肌梗塞、急性冠脉综合症等疾病的导火索[1]。
