摘要:本文主要研究了缓释香精微胶囊的制备。研究过程中尝试改良工艺、使用不同比例的芯材与壁材、设置不同的实验条件,拟制备出具有较小粒径而且精油包埋效果较好的微胶囊。确定分子包埋法为微胶囊制备的主要方法,在此基础上创新采用不添加乳化剂制得固体微胶囊的途径,通过不同配比的芯材与壁材,以及不同的制备温度,得到多组微胶囊样品。对样品进行粒径分布、紫外分光光度表征检测,最终确定优选实验条件。该制备方法采用β-环糊精作为壁材原料,采用意大利血橙精油作为芯材原料,在恒温条件下进行长时间高速搅拌实现包埋,干燥后得到固体微胶囊。分析表征数据优选实验条件,最终最优壁材与芯材的比例为2.0:1.8,搅拌温度为36.0℃,该条件下制得的粒子粒径适中,在2600nm左右,其精油包埋的效果也较好。62098

Study of Controll-released Capsules Embedding Technology

Abstract: This paper focuses on preparation of controll-released microcapsules. In the research process,I am trying to improve technology, use different proportions of core materials and wall materials and set a different experimental conditions to produce essential oil microcapsules with a smaller diameter and effective embedding. Determine molecular embedding method is the main method of micro-encapsulation,and do not add emulsifiers innovatively. By means of different proportions of core materials and wall materials, and different temperature, get multiple sets of samples of microcapsule. Ultimately find the optimal experimental conditions by measuring size and UV-absorbency of samples. This method uses β-Cyclodextrin as wall materials and Italy blood orange essential oil as core materials.Long-time stirring at high speed under specific temperature can achieve the embedding purpose,and can form solid microcapsules after drying. According to the characterization data,we can summarize the optimal experimental conditions.The best proportion is wall material:core material=2.0:1.8,and the best stirring temperature is 36.0℃.The sample prepared under the conditions has good embedding effect and its size is about 2600nm.
