丹参破壁饮片的心脏保护作用

摘要：急性心肌梗死是冠状动脉急性且持续性的缺血和缺氧引起的心肌坏死的病症,这可能会并发心律失常、心源性休克或者心力衰竭，往往会对人类生命健康造成严重的威胁。发生慢性心力衰竭可以有多种原因，其中主要包括心肌梗死即冠状动脉持续性缺血、血流动力学负荷过重、心肌病以及炎症等任何原因所引起的心肌损伤，这造成了心肌结构和心肌功能的改变，最后使心室泵血或者心脏严重缺血。目前急性心梗和慢性心衰在临床上仍无针对性且有效的治疗药物。所以通过动物模型的研究，对急性心梗和慢性心衰的防治有十分重大的现实意义。本课题通过对雄性大鼠左前降支冠脉结扎的方式制备急性心梗和慢性心力衰竭两种动物模型，每种模型分别设假手术组、心梗模型组、传统丹参饮片高剂量组、丹参破壁饮片高剂量组、丹参破壁饮片中剂量组和丹参破壁饮片低剂量组。给药结束后，收集心脏组织，通过HE染色在组织学水平评价丹参破壁饮片对急性心肌梗死和慢性心衰大鼠的心肌保护作用。43161

The protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza wall-breaking slices on heart

Abstract: Acute myocardial infarction is coronary artery acute and persistent ischemia caused by myocardial necrosis, complicated by arrhythmia, shock or heart failure. It's often life-threatening. Chronic heart failure due to myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, hemodynamic overload, myocardial injury caused by inflammation, for any reason which caused by the change of cardiac structure and function the resulting ventricular pump or filling dysfunction. At present, there aren’t drug for treatment to the patients with acute myocardial infarction and chronic heart failure. It is of great practical significance in prevention of myocardial infarction and chronic heart failure by the animal models. This study through the way of rats with coronary artery ligation to establish acute myocardial infarction and chronic heart failure that two type of animal models, each model are respectively arranged in the sham operation group, myocardial infarction model group, salvia miltiorrhiza traditional slices, salvia miltiorrhiza wall-breaking slices high dose group, salvia miltiorrhiza wall-breaking slices middle dose group and salvia miltiorrhiza wall-breaking slices low dose group. After the last drug, the heart tissues were collected. The heart protection of salvia miltiorrhiza wall-breaking slices were evaluated in histological by HE staining.
