摘要:药物性饲料添加剂均要进行肉鸡的饲喂试验,考察其对肉鸡生产性能等方面的影响。本试验通过饲料添加氢溴酸常山酮预混剂推荐浓度(3 mg·kg-1)以及1.5、6 mg·kg-1均匀拌入饲料,对雏鸡进行分组饲喂,以马杜米星铵作为药物对照,进行对比试验,对肉鸡的生长指标进行观察统计。结果表明,氢溴酸常山酮2倍剂量具有一定的毒性作用,使得鸡只采食减少,降低饲料的利用率,增加鸡的死亡率,0.5倍和1倍的剂量具有促进鸡的存活率,提高饲料的利用率,促进鸡的生长作用,药物对照组对鸡的死亡率没有明显毒性效应,具有较好的饲料利用率及促生长作用。43594

Study the Effect of Halofuginone Hydrobromide Premix on Growth Performance in Broiler Chickens 

Abstract:Studied the effect of one kind of medicated feed additives named halofuginone hydrobromide premix on the growth performance of the broiler chicken. The test group were fed to the feed by adding the halofuginone hydrobromide premix with recommended concentration (3 mg·kg-1) and the other concentration (1.5,6 mg · kg-1), and the control groups were fed to the feed with maduramicn ammonium premix. The result showed that a double does of halofuginone hydrobromide premix had a certain toxic effect, which resulted the reduction in the broiler’s feed. While the 0.5 times and 1 times the dose was proved to have effect on increasing the broiler’s survival, improving the feed conversion rate and promote the growth of broiler. The drug control groups didn’t have obvious toxic effect on chicken mortality, obtain the good animal feed conversion efficiency and growth promotion in chicken.
