摘 要：在社会转型时期，各种危机事件时有发生，影响着社会的安定与和谐。危机事件中意见领袖的合理舆论引导对于事件的转“危”为“安”有着积极作用，总结起来，体现在：设置议程、引发危机，解释分析、引导舆论，提出建议、控制舆论，沟通上下、疏通舆论四个方面。本论文综合运用文献研究法和案例分析法，对危机事件的传播中意见领袖的角色、作用及引导策略进行研究，提出要正确认识意见领袖的作用、学会理性思考、加强监管与注重培养以及提升意见领袖自身素养等四项发展策略，期望能为意见领袖角色的善用提供建议与参考。9085

Analysis on the Role and Function of Opinion Leaders in Disseminating Crises
Abstract: During the period of social transformation, various crisis events occurred frequently, affecting social stability and harmony. The guidance of opinion leaders’ reasonable opinions in crisis events plays a positive role to let the event turn the corner . To sum up, it’s embodied in four aspects, that is, setting the agenda and causing a crisis, interpretation, analysis and guiding public opinions,bringing forward suggestions and controling public opinions, communication and dredging public opinions. With integrated use of literature research and case analysis, this paper studies the role, function and guidance strategy of opinion leaders in disseminating crisis events, and proposes to four development strategies, including correctly understanding the role of opinion leaders, learning to think rationally, strengthening supervision, focusing on training and improving the quality of opinion leaders so as to provide suggestions and reference in the proper use of opinion leaders’ role.

在今天，危机事件以更惊人的速度在全球媒介中传播着。由于危机事件本身具有突发性和巨大威胁性等特点，再加上公众在危机事件面前对信息的急迫性需求，使得在整个危机传播中，危机主体的反应和有关媒体信息的发布都会因公众的不同选择而产生不同的影响。意见领袖作为社会舆论引导的中坚力量，对事件的发展演变产生着越来越重要的影响。
