摘要微博由于其自身开放性以及便捷性的特点，深受大众追捧，并已逐渐发展成为网络舆情传播演变的的十分重要的平台。但同时因为微博蕴含大量信息且传播迅速，针对微博平台的网络舆情的信息搜集和管理往往具有很大的难度。而与之相关的关于微博突发话题的识别研究也已成为一个热点课题。总的来说，目前在网络舆情研究领域中针对话题识别、话题演化及话题突变的研究实际已取得了一定成果，但对于微博这种特殊短文本的的话题突变识别研究还有所欠缺。本文重点对目前话题突变以及微博的研究现状进行概述，并在此基础上，提出基于微博统计特征项和基于情感分析的微博话题突变识别方法，并结合相关分析工具，进行实验验证，最终能够基本实现微博的突变话题识别。25253

Title Research on the mutation identification and analysis of the topic in Sina Weibo
Abstract
Because of its openness and convenience, micro blog is popular in the public, and has gradually developed into a very important platform for the evolution of Internet public opinion.But at the same time because the micro blog contains a lot of information and spread quickly, the information collection and management of the network public opinion of the microblog platform is often difficult.. And the related research on the sudden issue of micro blog has become a hot topic.. In general, currently in the network public opinion research field for topic detection and topic evolution and the topic mutation research actually has made the certain results, but for the micro Bo special short text topic mutation recognition research is still lacking. This paper is an overview of the topic mutation and the study actuality of microblogging, and on this basis, put forward microblogging statistical features and microblogging topic sentiment analysis based on mutation identification method based on, combined with relevant analysis tools, experiments were carried out, eventually can basically achieve the microblogging mutation of topic detection.
