摘 要：网络谣言不断出现，且有增多趋势，不仅危及到互联网的公信力，而且给人们的社会生活带来了诸多不良影响，也给政府的公共治理工作带来了严峻的挑战。本论文在传播学的视野下，运用文献研究和案例分析等研究方法，从传者、受众、网络媒介本身等方面入手寻找网络谣言出现的原因，探讨网络谣言传播速度的迅捷性、传播范围的广泛性、传播内容的伪装性等诸多传播特征及其危害，旨在提出规避网络谣言的策略，包括提高公民自身的媒介素养、加强政府信息公开的力度、健全网络辟谣机制以及完善网络法律法规等四个方面，以期为减少网络谣言，降低其不良影响提供借鉴。6543

Research on Strategy of Avoiding Internet Rumors from the Perspective of Communication
Abstract：More and more Internet rumors not only imperil the authority of the Internet, but also bring many bad effects to people’s social life and severe challenges to the work of the government's public administration. From the perspective of communication, using literature research and case analysis and other research methods, the paper begins to find the reasons why Internet rumors appear from the aspects of communicator, audience and internet media, then discusses its communication features, such as the rapidity of its transmission speed, the universality of its transmission range and the disguise of transmission content, also points its harm. The paper aims to put forward to the strategy of how to avoid Internet rumors, including improving citizen's media literacy, strengthening the strength of the government information disclosure, perfecting mechanism of refuting internet rumor and completing the laws and regulations of internet, in order to provide a reference of how to reduce internet rumors and its adverse effects.
