摘要：人性中最本质的需要之一是得到尊重和赏识。赏识教育正是根据儿童需要得到尊重和赏识这一心理特点，在尊重生命规律、承认个体差异、尊重个体差异的基础上产生的一种教育方法。幼儿处在人生发展的起步阶段，人格和性格还没有形成，更需要尊重和赏识的教育。在当今社会中，赏识教育虽然已经成为了一种普遍流行的教育方式，但是在幼儿教师实施赏识教育的过程中仍然存在着许多问题。本文探讨了幼儿教师赏识教育对幼儿成长过程的作用，归纳了幼儿教师对幼儿实行赏识教育的表现现状，同时指出了幼儿教师在对幼儿实行赏识教育过程中容易出现的问题，探讨其原因并且给出相应的建议。58792

Abstract：One of the most essential needs of human nature is respected and appreciated. Young children are in early stage of the development of the life, the personality and personality have not yet fully formed, more need to respect and appreciation of education. 1 前言
所谓赏识，来自《辞海》的解释是认识一件事物的价值而赞赏，即看中人的才能或了解作品的价值而予以赞赏。赏识教育，顾名思义，即用赏识方式对学生进行教育。
赏识教育是当今世界著名的六种教育方法之一。赏识教育是针对功利心态支配下的教育现象而提出的一种尊重生命规律、尊重人性本真、尊重个体差异的一种全新教育理念。赏识教育中通过充分肯定学生，通过心理暗示，不断培养学生的自尊心和自信心，从而使其不仅有勇于进取的信心，也能有不断进取的动力。
