淮安市中小学信息技术教师网络继续教育研究

摘要：近年来，随着移动技术、云技术的发展，互联网2.0、3.0模式越来越多地应用于网络教育领域，为教师教育和教师专业发展提供了新的思路和平台。如何更好地运用网络促进中小学信息技术教师继续学习、提升教师教育教学水平已成为教育技术领域研究的热点之一。本文通过对淮安市中小学信息技术一线教师的访谈和网络问卷调查的结果进行分析，阐述了中小学信息技术教师在网络继续教育中的优势，归纳了中小学信息技术教师网络继续教育的几条途径，最后从内容类别、组织管理、考核与奖惩三个方面提出网络继续教育有效开展的机制，为提高淮安市中小学信息技术教师网络继续教育的教学质量和教学效率提供一定的参考价值和建设性建议。56646

Abstract：Nowadays, cloud computing and mobile technology growing fast, and the application of Web 2.0 (or3.0) to the field of web education are increase. Both of them can offer a new idea to improve our education system. Currently, we focus on the way to improve their teaching level and continuing education level by using internet. This article analyses the results of investigation and interview among information technology teachers in elementary and middle schools in Huai'an. It explains that elementary and middle school information technology teachers have advantages in Continuing Education Program. We summarize several ways of continuing education under network .And we found the reasonable method to improve the internet Continuing Education Program from catalog, management and incentive system which use a survey research. It can be referenced, and is also significant in the improvement of teaching quality.

1 绪论

人类社会进入21世纪以来，计算机科学技术迅猛发展，信息化浪潮不断向前推进，人们的生产方式和生活方式不断发生变化，教育领域也不可避免的受到了深刻影响。信息技术教师作为信息化的先驱，面对着网络环境的外部压力与自身发展需求，需要以更高的敏感度来获取新知，为学校的教育信息化以及信息技术课堂注入新的血液[1]。
