摘 要：教师职业认同感是教师专业发展的重要影响因素，增强小学教育专业本科生的教师职业认同感对培养合格教师至关重要。本文从职业认知、职业情感、职业意识、职业期望、职业价值观和职业行为倾向六个维度对淮阴师范学院教育科学学院小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同感进行了问卷调查和访谈。分析了小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同感的现状和影响因素。提出了完善小学教育专业的人才培养模式需要做到有针对性地提高不同群体在校生的教师职业认同感；将教学与实践贯穿于大学教育的全过程；加强舆论引导，营造尊师重教的社会风气；保障师范生就业，提高教师待遇。55184

Abstract：The teachers’ professional identity has been investigated through questionnaires，interview and other methods among the students majoring in primary education at College of education science, Huaiyin Normal University from the perspectives of professional cognition，professional emotion，professional awareness，professional expectation，professional value，and professional behavior tendency. The results reveal that the knowledge and experience of the students majoring in primary education from the internet lower than the in-service teachers. The grade difference and the causes of formation, the differences of the students majoring in primary education on the condition of students whether have different activities, whether have different characters and whether have different grade. To perfect the training model of primary education，we should put forward the countermeasure to cultivate the students majoring in primary education of different colonies of Normal University Students, innovate the practical mode of Normal University Students, build the well society fashion in respecting teachers and attach importance to education; improve the treatment of teachers.

1 前言
叶澜认为，职业认同感是所有求职人员对拟进入的职业应具有的起码的心理品质[1]。 而教师职业认同感是教师个体对自己所从事的职业认可和接受程度[2]。它包括个体对教师职业所应具备的知识与技能的认识，对职业特点、社会地位的看法，个体是否愿意从教以及从教过程中能否收获愉悦和实现自我满足。近年来，从本地区现实看，小学教育专业面临男女生比例严重失衡，教师编制收紧、就业难度加大，专业发展前景有待提高等一系列问题。现阶段小学教育专业本科生作为即将走上教师岗位的准教师，是未来教师职业队伍的后备军。但是，很多学生缺少必要的职前准备与锻炼，对教师职业缺乏足够的认识和正确的价值观。因此，了解他们对教师职业的认同现状，对进一步加强这一阶段学生教师职业认同感教育、吸引更多有志青年投身小学教育事业大有裨益。 小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同感调查研究:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_59466.html
