摘要作文教学一直是小学语文教学中的重要组成部分，在教学过程中对学生进行创新思维的培养也是小学语文教师的重要任务之一。基于此，本文将阐述我国小学作文教学中创新思维培养的现象，并分析教师在作文教学中通过技巧讲授、评判方式、作文素材来影响学生创新思维的现状；根据这一现状，进行应试教育误导、课时限制、传统教学观念方面的原因分析；进而提出了转变教师传统教学观念、突破传统教学束缚、改变传统评价标准的策略，为在实践中进一步培养学生创新思维提供指导。43333

Current Situation and Countermeasure Study on Cultivation of Innovative Thinking in Elementary Composition Teaching
Abstract Teaching of composition has always been an important part of Chinese language teaching in primary school. Cultivating the innovative thinking is also one of the important tasks. Thus, the phenomenon of cultivating innovative thinking in primary school will be explained in the paper. The current situation, that how teacher exerts the influence on the students through skills teaching, evaluation methods and composition materials is analyzed in the paper as well. According to the present situation, the reasons on misleading exam-oriented education, class time limit, and the traditional teaching concept will be explored; and the strategies such as changing the traditional teaching idea, breaking through the traditional teaching, and altering the traditional evaluation are put forward to provide guidance in the further develop of students’ innovative thinking.

一 引论
（一）问题的提出当今社会的发展趋向,要求学校教学必须发展学生的创新思维和革新精神。只有如此,学校培养出来的人才能顺应未来千变万化的社会要求；才能以新的思维方式去捕捉丰富的有意义的信息；也才能在将来的工作中,敢想、敢搏,为社会创造出更有价值的财富。当前，经过对小学语文教学的观察，能够发现可以培养学生创新思维的有效途径是作文教学， 其对学生创新思维的培养在语文教学中起着至关重要的作用。但传统教学模式正在僵化小学生的思维，探索新的教学形式，激发学生思维的潜力，已成为教育工作者亟需解决的问题。
