摘 要：我们看到中国目前的经济和社会整体发展迅速,使得建筑行业在快速发展,与此同时,也出现了许多问题。建筑行业在施工阶段，具有一些不稳定的因素，例如，高露天的作业环境使得工期会被天气因素所影响，周期较长使得在管理上容易出现纰漏等各种各种内外部的约束，都使得这些因素将导致施工的风险和不安全性。这些因素导致我国多次施工安全事故发生，使得人员大量伤亡，财产也遭受巨大的损失，而相关的负责人也可能由于事故的发生间接发生刑事责任的追究，带来可怕的后果。同时，影响了整个行业在社会上的信誉与资质。从施工的单位角度来考虑，其损失也远远超出有形的付出的经济损失，其无形的对于企业形象和价值上的伤害所带来的经济损失，更是不可估量。所以，建筑业中的施工安全问题必须得到重视。如果要实现安全管理，那么安全管理就必须要成为建筑企业生存和发展的基石。因此，本文就施工安全采取以下步骤的阐述，首先是探讨施工安全管理的原则与意义，深耕了影响施工安全的因素，然后，针对因素，切实剖析日前的施工安全管理存在的隐患及其问题，最后，将以上的种种考虑纳入分析，针对性地给予一定的解决对策。61851

The construction site safety management research
Abstract:We see the whole of China's economic and social rapid development, the construction industry in rapid development, at the same time, many problems, too: because of the special features of the construction industry, production mobile scattered, large volume, high dew days work, cycle is long, cross site operation, big physical strength and so on characteristics, these factors cause dangerous, unsafe, and so on. That many factors led to the construction safety accident happens frequently in our country, the large Numbers of people dead and caused huge property losses, but also to the whole industry have a negative effect on society. Even the personnel related to the construction unit itself also can produce great harm. Under the condition of construction enterprises in construction accident, light caused economic losses, the person that weigh cause construction company bankruptcy, while the head of criminal responsibility, also causes damage to inpiduals and enterprises related qualification and bad reputation. So, the problem of building construction safety has become a high-risk problem that nots allow to ignore. Construction safety management in the process of implementation, not only is to support the sustainable development of construction industry, also become the strong foundation of existence and development of construction enterprises. At first, this paper discusses the factors affecting the safety of the construction and principles of management, this paper discusses the problems existing in the construction site safety management, combining with the analysis of the cause of the construction site safety management problem, the article finally proposed the construction site safety management countermeasures of the problem.
