摘要:以上海化工供销有限公司某危险化品仓储环节为对象,运用安全评价理论知识,从物质的危险性和企业事故类型两个方面对该企业进行危险有害因素辨识,识别重大危险源。通过危险有害因素辨识,选取了MES评价法定性分析了与事故发生危险性有关的三个参数,计算事故危险性值;采用了道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法综合分析储罐区的2号和4号罐区贮存工艺流程和设备特点,罐区单元具有较大的火灾、爆炸危险性,采取相应的安全措施之后,危险性得到了有效控制;选定了池火灾评价法,通过建立数学模型,模拟事故发生后果,得出了二甲苯形成池火后所影响的范围;选取了故障树分析法,演绎了危险化学品中毒事故发生的可能途径,找出控制事故发生的措施。根据现行相关法律法规和企业的贮存工艺特点,针对评价过程中出现的安全问题,给出预防和整改措施。61849

According to the current relevant laws and regulations and enterprise storage process characteristics, aiming at security problems appeared in the process of evaluation, prevention and improvement measures are presented.
