摘要：文章以农村居民点土地集约利用为基本出发点，通过分析邳州市农村各项经济及生活指标进而给出了土地集约的必要性，并且也相应的给出了建议方案。绪论中分析了进行农村居民点土地集约利用的意义及必要性，文章前半部分给出了针对居民点土地集约的估算模型，各项约束农村居民点土地集约利用的因素；且集中针对农村居民点土地利用潜力的评价方法：单因素分析、法聚类分析、综合评价法。对于评价指标的构建进行了可行性分析。后半部分对研究区部分指标进行了概括分析。通过表格，邳州市农村的基本数据一览无余，最后得出结论邳州市农村居民点的土地集约潜力巨大，且迫在眉睫。40741
