摘要:本实验运用高温熔融淬火的方法烧制掺杂两种不同浓度的三价稀土离子:Dy3+和Tm3+共同掺杂铋锗酸盐玻璃。为了探究和分析Tm3+Dy3+掺杂铋锗酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱,运用Judd-Ofelt理论。作为LED荧光转换材料调研了其紫外可见光波段的激发和发射光谱,并研究了不同浓度和不同激发波长下的发射性能。同时羟基的分子含量,低的声子能量和高的跃迁能力使得铋锗酸盐玻璃具有中红外发光的能力。本文介绍了Tm3+、Dy3+掺杂玻璃的可见光性质Tm3+Dy3+掺杂铋锗酸盐玻璃的中红外发光的性质特点。根据光谱图分析了掺杂Tm3+Dy3+的铋锗酸盐玻璃的能量传递机制,表明该样品在LED荧光转换和中红外发光领域有着潜在的应用。70091

Mid Infrared Properties of Dy and TM Codoped Bismuth Doped Glasses

Abstract: Bismuth germinate glasses doped with a series of different concentrations of trivalent dysprosium and Tm ions were synthesized using melt-quenching method. In order to analyze absorption spectra in detail, the Judd-Ofelt theory is employed .As an LED fluorescence conversion material, the excitation and emission spectra of the ultraviolet visible band were investigated and the emission properties under different concentrations and different excitation wavelengths were investigated. At the same time, the molecular content of hydroxyl, low phonon energy and high transition ability make bismuth germanate glass have the ability of mid infrared luminescence.       In this paper, the visible light properties of Tm3+ and Dy3+ doped glasses and the properties of mid infrared luminescence of Tm3+Dy3+ doped bismuth germanate glasses are introduced. The energy transfer mechanism of bismuth doped germanate glasses doped with Tm3+Dy3+ was analyzed according to the spectrogram. The results show that the sample has potential applications in the field of LED fluorescence conversion and mid infrared luminescence.
