摘要本文针对镁合金与铝合金的连接,分别采用了扩散焊和爆炸焊进行研究。对比不同工艺条件下接头微观组织、及力学性能的实验观察和测量结果,探讨接头显微组织形成过程和接头力学性能改善机理。实验表明,基于Zn为中间层的镁铝扩散焊的最佳保温温度为370℃,最佳保温时间为10分钟,在该条件下的显微形貌最好,无气孔、未熔合等缺陷。Zn的存在避免了生成硬而脆的Mg、Al金属间化合物,改善了接头力学性能。镁铝爆炸焊的接头中,通过扫描电子显微镜可观察到镁与铝的界面生成了约10μm厚的镁铝金属间化合物,该化合物层实现了镁与铝之间的良好接合。在爆炸焊中,母材晶粒被爆炸冲击波打碎,晶粒得到细化,改善了母材的力学性能。爆炸复合板的拉伸试样的抗拉强度达200MPa。68276

Title  Study on the explosion welding and diffusion welding technology of aluminum and magnesium composite panels 

Abstract

In this paper, the explosive welding and diffusion welding was investigated for the bonding of the aluminum and magnesium composite panels. Comparing 

the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints that were welded under different conditions, we discussed the formation processes of the joint microstructure and mechanisms to improve the mechanical properties of joints. It was observed that for the Mg-Al diffusion bonding based on the Zn intermediate layer, the best holding temperature is 370℃ and the best holding time is 10minutes. Under this condition, the microscopic morphology of the joints are the best, not existing holes and lack of fusion. The presence of Zn helps avoid generating hard and brittle Mg- Al intermetallic compound and improve the mechanical properties of the joint. In the welding joints of the Mg-Al explosive welding, about 10μm thick Mg-Al intermetallic compound generated on the interface between Mg and Al. It’s the compound layer that attributes to the bonding of magnesium and aluminum. In the explosion welding,base metal grains are blast shattered,and the grains are refined,resulting the better mechanical properties. The tensile strength of explosive clad plate tensile specimen is up to 200Mpa.
