摘要本文论述了装甲钢脉冲MIG焊接工艺试验研究,装甲钢焊接的常见问题,脉 冲MIG焊接的优势,焊缝的金相组织观察,力学性能测试,熔池图像的采集。高 速摄像系统的背光设计及仿真。

本课题试验针对6mm厚的616装甲钢和6211装甲钢以及12mm厚的616装甲 钢,应用脉冲MIG焊接工艺,保护气体为氩气和氮气的混合气体,分析氮气的加 入对焊缝微观组织和力学性能的影响。

背光系统设计采用氙灯作为背光,进行光路的设计,并用光学设计软件 ZEMAX对设计的光路可行性进行模拟仿真,购买元器件进行背光系统的组装和 调试,以期获得可靠的背光系统。68484

Title The Research on welding PMIG process technology of armored steel and the backlight optical design of high-speed Camera

system.

Abstract

The paper mainly discusses pulse MIG welding experiments of the armored steel, the common problems of armored steel welding, the advantages of pulse MIG welding, observation of weld bead microstructure and mechanical properties of weld testing. What’ more, the paper also designs the backlight system of high-speed camera system, captures arc images, analysis of arc characteristics and droplet transfer characteristics.

This paper tests for the 6mm thick armor steel 616 and 6211 armor steel and12mm thick armor steel 685, application of pulsed MIG welding process, the protective gas of argon and nitrogen mixed gas, by adjusting the ratio of nitro gen to make the weld nitrogen and improve the mechanical properties of the welds.

A backlight system design using xenon lamp as light, the design of optical path, buy components for assembly and commissioning of a backlight system. Then use the backlight system designed for image acquisition, analysis of arc and droplet transfer process.
