摘要:45号钢是常用中碳调质结构钢。在现实生活中具有广泛的应用。本次实验是通过研究45号钢经不同加热温度和保温时间后的组织特征和硬度,来寻求最适合45号钢的热处理工艺。通过取样,磨样,抛光,腐蚀后的样品,在不同淬火温度和保温作用下产生不同的金相组织和不同的硬度。本次实验中采用的淬火温度分别是840℃,880℃和930℃。淬火保温时间分别为2min,5min,10min,其中在840℃下增设一个保温30min的方案,来进行对比,确认是否保温时间越长越好。通过本次实验,发现45号钢短时高温淬火后,组织在加热温度和保温时间的互相配合下,可以得到最佳强度和硬度,即在880℃下保温5min时硬度最高,这样的温度和时间可以在生产中节约大量成本,对中小型企业的生产具有现实意义。48713

High temperature of 45 steel quenching process parameters on the influence of the organization

Abstract:45 # steel is commonly used in carbon quenched and tempered steel.With wide application in real life. This experiment is through the research of 45 # steel after different heating temperature and holding time of the structure characteristics and hardness, to seek the most suitable for 45 steel heat treatment process. Through sampling, grinding, polishing, etching after samples, under the action of quenching process, produce the different microstructure and hardness. This experiment adopts the quenching temperature is 840 ℃ respectively, 880 ℃ and 930 ℃. Hardening holding time is respectively 2 min, 5 min, 10 min, which add a insulation under 840 ℃ for 30 min, to compare and confirm whether holding time as long as possible. Through this experiment, found that after short time high temperature quenching of 45 steel, the organization in conjunction with the heating temperature and holding time of each other, can get the best strength and hardness. The highest hardness when under 880 ℃ heat preservation 5 min, the temperature and time can save a lot of cost in production, production has a realistic significance for small and medium enterprises.
