摘要：纤毛虫是一种生活在多种动物的消化道内的单细胞生物，具有合成多糖及蛋白的功能，是动物消化道内环境的重要组成部分。本人有幸去了有正规批文的陆龟养殖场，对陆龟消化道纤毛虫进行了调查，并对实验数据进行了独立样本t检验以及二分类Logistic回归模型分析，得出回归方程 。结果表明，养殖厂内陆龟体内主要存在三种不同类型的纤毛虫，部分纤毛虫表现出对宿主的选择性，通过调节宿主消化道功能影响粪便性状。27474

Survey of the Kinds and Quantity of the Ciliates in the Tortoise’s Digestive Tract on an Aquatic Farm at Hainan
Abstract： Ciliophora is a kind of monad that lives and plays important roles in the digestive tract of many animals. It has the functions of synthesizing polysaccharides and proteins. It is my honor to have the opportunity to stay in a tortoise nursery base with official approval documents and research on the ciliophoras in the tortoise’s digestive tract. The presence of three different kinds of ciliates is found, which may have the tendency of choosing their hosts. By analyzing the shape of the tortoise feces and the quantity of the ciliophoras, a regression model is demonstrated via the Logistic regression model, which proves that the connection between the kinds and number of ciliates and the digestive system of the tortoise.

海南某养殖厂陆龟消化道纤毛虫种类及数量的调查
1 绪论
陆龟隶属于爬行纲、龟鳖目、陆龟科[1]。主要分布于北美、南美、南非、马达加斯加、阿尔达不拉岛、西亚、南亚、东南亚等地区[2]。陆龟从热带到温带都有分布，不同种属之间对气候的要求存在极大的诧异。中国的本土陆龟种类就文献记载只有四爪陆龟[3]、缅甸陆龟、以及凹甲陆龟[4]，主要分布于两广、云南、新疆等地，数量极其稀少。由于多数陆龟原产地处于战乱或者其他原因，栖息地被破坏陆龟种群数量减少，因此所有陆龟都被世界自然保护联盟（IUCN）濒危动物红色目录收录，并列为易危或极易危动物。所有陆龟都被列入《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》（CITES）附录Ⅱ及以上加以保护。 海南某养殖场陆龟消化道纤毛虫种类数量的调查:http://www.751com.cn/yixue/lunwen_21965.html
