摘要：居住小区的景观评价在我国属于一项新课题，而对于徐州市居住小区的景观评价还未有涉及。鉴于此，本文通过对徐州市居住小区的深入调查与研究，初步探索出一套适合徐州市居住小区的景观评价体系。本次调查的对象为十个具有代表性的居住小区（徐州地区），通过实地考察，收集到了各小区的园林景观数据。从生态绿化、景观视觉、居民心理三个方向着手，结合韦伯-费希纳定律综合评价方法、SD（感受记录法）建立了徐州市居住小区园林景观评价体系。通过对比发现，安置小区的园林景观与高档居住区的园林景观之间存在显著差异。针对这种差异，提出一系列改善并提高徐州市居住区园林景观的优化措施。39140

Landscape Evaluation and Optimization Research of Different Types of Residential Areas in Xuzhou
Abstract:Landscape evaluation of residential area belongs to a new topic in our country.However,landscape evaluation of residential area in Xuzhou is not involved.In view of it,this article explores a preliminary landscape evaluation system suitable for Xuzhou residential area.Ten representative residential areas in Xuzhou are choosed as survey object.we collect thier landscape data by on-site inspection,through three facts including ecological afforestation, visual landscape and human psychological, combining with the SD (feel recording) method, Weber - cena law of comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,we established the landscape evaluation system on Xuzhou residential area.At the same time, some significant differences between high-grade and resettlement residential area landscape are found through the transverse comparison,According to the difference,his paper puts forward a series of measures for improvement and optimization of landscape of Xuzhou residential area.
