摘要在中国老龄化问题的凸显情况下，对养老机构环境设施设计研究的文章甚少。环境设施设计中不少都是缺乏人性化设计，它对老年人的户外活动是有着重要的组成部分。因此满足老年人使用的环境设施不仅能最大限度的减少或消除老年人活动时存在的安全隐患,而且还可以通过多种手段弥补老年人身体机能的衰退,并指示其灵活便捷地使用操作各项设施,为老年人的生活带去便利。本文以收集资料为基础,参考行为心理、环境心理学等相关学科知识,引申出适合老年人使用的环境设施设计原则与方法。 为上海的养老院的规划和建设提出一些合理化的建议。25880

Title ‘The Beautiful Countryside’—— Suzhou Hengjing
Countryside Forest Park Landscape Design
Abstract
Compared with the traditional landscape design, the modern landscape design has also gradually formed the
characteristic of ‘multi-angle, multi-goal’ with the process of urban development. ‘Space, ecology,
function and culture’ are four basic aspects. Forest, as the representative nature, is an ecosystem service to
provide resources. Forest Park, as an important part of the urban ecosystem, also has its special role and
value. However, most of the previous domestic park landscape designs are mainly of exploiting nature and
meeting human needs-based. How to truly achieve ecological protection as the center, under the premise of
maintaining the ecological integrity of the forest, to explore and create the beauty of space, to integrate into
the local cultural characteristics, and to serve with recreation and entertainment features, is the focus of our
research needs. This paper is based on the design of Suzhou Hengjing countryside landscape, I hope to try my
best to meet these requirements above, and to complete a landscape architect responsibility.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景及意义
（1）研究背景
社会老龄化发展态势是当今社会不可回避的一个社会现实；养老院作为解决这一社会问
题的有效手段，得到了政府、企业、社会大众的普遍认可。
家庭养老模式已不能很好地满足老人需求，加上生活上的压力，子女的压力，双方独生
子女需抚养四个老人，已不能在时间上和精力上承担全部。
根据 《年上海市老年人口和老龄事业监测统计信息》 统计数据全市户籍人口 426.93 万人。
70 岁及以上老年人口 367.32 万人占总人口的 25.7％从2011年末至 2012 年末:60 岁及以上人
口增加了 19.57 万人增长5.6％预计到2025 年上海人口老龄化比例将高达35%左右[1]
。
（2）研究意义
国内对老年人设施的研究不多，残障人士的无障碍设施研究相对来说完善很多，老年人
