摘要：20世纪末21世纪初,随着人类社会进入了后工业时代,科学技术的迅猛发展、产业结构的调整、资本运作的变化以及社会生活的变迁,城市空间的发展也经历着极大的变化,不少传统重工业基地,衰败势不可挡,甚至成为失业和污染的象征。简单的土地置换发展模式,工业基地大片的推倒重建抹去了城市的旧日痕迹,虽更新了城市面貌,也带来了一定程度上的破坏和浪费。全面拆除造成大量地浪费，如何减少城市建设中的负面效应,对于承载着历史和文明的工业建筑的改造和复兴应该采取怎样的态度,成了建筑界热切讨论的问题。 在过去的十年间,西方的一股LOFT文化传入我国,对于废旧工业建筑的保护和再开发提出了一种新的模式。建筑学上,LOFT通常指一个改造过的开放性空间,用来描述由非居住功能转化而来的,以保留原有建筑风貌为主要方法的,大空间的建筑物。最初发源于纽约SOHO区,初期不为主流社会所接受,居住者也主要是艺术家,后来发展商发现了这些废旧建筑背后的巨大商机,对它们进行文化包装并高价出租或出售,最终带来了LOFT的商业化和整个SOHO区的复兴。20918

The end of the 20th century at the beginning of the 21st century, as human society entered the post-industrial era, the rapid development of science and technology, the adjustment of industrial structure, the change of the capital operation and the changes of social life, the development of urban space is undergoing great changes, many traditional heavy industry base, inexorable decline and even become the symbol of unemployment and pollution. Simple land development model, industrial base of redevelopment to erase the traces of the old city, urban landscape is updated, also brought a certain degree of damage and waste. How to reduce the negative effects of urban construction, for carrying the history and culture of transformation and renewal of the industrial architecture should take what kind of attitude, become architecture is eager to discuss problems. LOFT architectural usually refers to a modified open space, used to describe the transformed the living function, to retain the original architectural style and features as the main method, large space buildings. 1.1  工程概况
