摘 要：2002年，江苏卫视推出了《南京零距离》，其内容以平民视角和人文关怀的独特优势深受老百姓的喜爱，取得了相当不错的收视率。之后，全国地方电视台纷纷效仿。一时间，以《某某零距离》、《直播某某》等为名的大量民生新闻栏目风起云涌，但在繁荣的背后存在的问题也不容忽视。周口电视台《民生报道》栏目在中国地方电视台民生新闻栏目中具有一定的代表性，在特色发展的同时，也存在着同质化 、世俗化 、琐碎化等问题。地方电视台民生新闻要突破发展瓶颈，首先要加强报道深度，注重栏目策划，以此来提高栏目质量；其次要强调人文关怀，突出价值导向，来克服民生新闻庸俗化的现象，关注更多的弱势群体；然后通过加强与观众的交流互动，来提高栏目的影响力；最后通过借鉴公共新闻的成功之处，来提高民众参与公共生活的能力和解决公共领域问题的能力。通过以上措施，促进地方民生新闻栏目不断完善，推动地方民生新闻栏目的繁荣发展。5091

Research on the Development Direction of People’s Livelihood News Programs in Local Television Stations
—Taking People’s Livelihood News as a Case
Abstract:Jiangsu satellite TV launched the “Nanjing Zero Distance” in 2002, its contents has unique advantages of civilian perspective and humanistic care, which is deeply loved by the people and has achieved fairly good ratings. Later, the local television stations throughout the country have imitated it in succession. For a time, lots of people’s livelihood news in the name of So-and-So Zero Distance and Live So-and-So are raging like a storm, but the problem behind the prosperity can not be ignored. The column of People’s Livelihood News reported in Zhoukou TV station is a representative in China’s television livelihood news columns, which has its distinctive features, at the same time, there are also some homogeneous, secular and trivial issues. In order to breakthrough the bottleneck of development of people’s livelihood news in local TV station, firstly, we must strengthen the report in depth and focus on program planning so as to improve the quality of the columns. Secondly, emphasize the humanistic care and highlight the value orientation to overcome the phenomenon of people’s livelihood news vulgarization and pay more attention to vulnerable groups. Then, promote the influence of programs by strengthening the interaction with the audiences. Finally, improve the people’s ability to participate in public life and solve the problem of the public domain by using successful public news. Through the above measures, we can realize the constantly improvement of local livelihood news and promote prosperity and development of the local people’s livelihood news columns.
