摘要：营运资金是企业生存、发展非常重要的一部分。营运资金的高效管理与迅速周转，可以保证企业在供应、产出、销售各环节顺利连接，从而可以确保企业持续稳定的发展。本文在前人的研究成果的基础上，构建了基于要素的和基于渠道的两方面的营运资金的管理绩效的体系。该体系沿用了比较传统营运资金的管理绩效的评价中对企业营运资金的管理要素评价的体系，还吸收了目前较为前沿的关于基于渠道方面的营运资金的管理绩效的评价体系。这体系考虑存货、应收账款、应付账款三个单项要素，又考虑企业生产过程的全部项目。本文在总结现有理论的同时，结合海翔药业的实际发展情况，对海翔药业的管理绩效的评价提出改善的建议。66724

Abstract: Working capital is a very important part of enterprise survival and development. Efficient management and rapid turnover of working capital, can ensure that every link of enterprise in the supply, production, sales, smooth connection, in order to ensure continuous and stable development. 1 引言
