摘要自第一次工业以来,工业水平达到了前所未有的水平,由工业带来的日益严重的 环境污染受到人们的急切关注。汽车是造成能源紧缺和环境污染主要贡献者之一,为了 解决汽车能源消耗及排放污染等问题,人们积极探索新的汽车动力以及开发先进技术以 优化内燃机性能。内部 EGR 作为能降低氮氧化合物排放水平、缸内峰值温度、峰值压力 和最高压力升高率,从而改善排放水平、提高内燃机性能的一种 EGR 策略,与外部 EGR 相比,拥有响应快,结构简单等优点,使其日益受到青睐。随着全可变气门技术的发展, 在内燃机上使用内部 EGR 将得以实现。因此,基于电磁驱动配气机构研究内部 EGR 对 汽油机性能的影响具有重要的现实意义。本文基于 AVL BOOST 建立一维单缸发动机模 型,利用电磁驱动配气机构改变气门定时以实现内部 EGR,研究 EGR 率对汽油机性能的 影响。仿真表明,随着 EGR 率的增大,汽油机缸内峰值压力、温度及负荷下降,有效燃 油消耗率不同程度地增加。在汽油机高负荷工况下,排气道 EGR 实现的较高的 EGR 率 能有效地降低缸内峰值压力和温度,并且较为理想地控制有效燃油消耗率的增加。69529

Title Simulation Research Of Performance Of Gasoline Engine With Internal EGR

Abstract

Since the first industrial revolution, industrial level reached unprecedented levels, the increasingly serious environmental problems caused by industrial is paid eager attention by people. The vehicle being one of the main contributors to energy shortage and environmental pollution, in order to solve the problem of vehicle energy consumption and emission pollution, people actively explore new auto power as well as the advanced technology to optimize internal engine performance. Internal EGR that a kind of EGR strategy of reducing NOx emission, pear temperature and pressure, and the maximum rate of pressure rise to improve the performance and the emission levels of internal consumption engine, compared to external EGR, has the advantages of simple structure and fast response. With the development of fully variable valve technology, using internal EGR on internal consumption engine will be realized. Therefore, it is very practical significant to research the influence of internal EGR on gasoline engine based on electromagnetic valve actuation mechanism. The paper study the effect of EGR rate on the engine performance, which is based on one-dimensional single cylinder engine model established by AVL BOOST and uses the internal EGR realized by the electromagnetic valve actuation mechanism. Simulation shows that the increase of EGR rate results in decrease of the gasoline engine in-cylinder peak pressure and temperature and increase of the effective fuel consumption rate in different degrees. In high load conditions of the gasoline engine, high EGR rate can effectively reduce the peak pressure and temperature in the cylinder, and increase of the effective fuel consumption rate is smaller.
