摘要本文完成了大学方程式赛车的总体设计。在对汽车总体布置以及总体结构 分析的基础上,运用汽车理论、汽车设计知识,参考比赛规则及相关标准,结合过往参赛 经验。以轻量化及良好的加速性能为主要目标,完成了各总成的选型和布置。制定整车主 要尺寸参数、人机工程关系尺寸以及主要总成设计硬点。运用汽车总布置设计方法,参照 制图标准完成了总布置图的绘制。利用 CATIA 软件对赛车进行三维建模,进一步对视野 和人机关系进行校核,对三维数模的间隙和干涉进行检查。69528

Title Formula student racing car overall design

Abstract

The overall design of a Formula student racing car of University  finished in this paper. Model selection and layout of assemblies is designed on the basis of automobile theory as well as automobile design. Design the hard point and ergonomic dimension of the racing car. The packing drawing is finished according to the code of vehicle general layout. 3D modeling for the racing car is completed by the use of CATIA software for interference checking. Then use CATIA to check the vision as well as man-machine relationship.

The virtual model of racing car is established by the use of ADAMS/Car. According to the competition rules, simulate the straight-line acceleration and straight-line braking. The result of simulation shows that the racing car can finish 75m drag race in 4.15s and have good braking performance. The constant radius cornering simulation shows that the racing car shows an oversteer characteristic. Simulations all above provide a reference to real vehicle test and refine design.
