摘要:在国内由于新材料技术和电路集成化的背景下,工业 4.0 正在快速进行,而工业 智能化不可或缺的就是传感器,尤其是霍尔传感器的小型集成化更大大推动了工业智能 化的进程,为此本论文主要叙述了磁信号检测装置的原理。并在此基础上对探头中的霍 尔传感器针对其不耐高温的缺陷做了理论上的改进,并且对配套软件进行学习,对微型 可编程处理器的程序编写进行学习。并且对磁记忆无损检测这一门新技术的具体原理与 方法做了阐述。本设计中针对霍尔传感器在温度变化较大的情况下其输出信号容易受到 影响的缺陷,设计了一个温度补偿电路,并将其中与霍尔元件并联的电阻替换为温阻电 阻。使得温度对于霍尔传感器的干扰降到最低。 66283

Design  of  Magnetic  Signal  Detection  Sensor

And on the basis of the probe in the Hall sensor for its high temperature defects made a theoretical improvement, and the supporting software to learn, micro-programmable processor programming to learn. And the magnetic memory nondestructive testing of this new technology, the specific principles and methods are described. In this design, a temperature compensation circuit is designed and the resistance in parallel with the Hall element is replaced by a temperature resistance resistor for the defect that the output signal of the Hall sensor is affected by the large temperature change. Making the temperature for the Hall sensor interference to a minimum.
