摘要固体推进剂是一种具有特定性能的含能复合材料,是导弹、空间飞行器的各类固体发动机的动力源。本文在分析研究现代固体推进剂技术发展的基础上,归纳总结了固体推进剂技术的发展情况,综述了固体推进剂技术现状和发展历程。59657

通过介绍新型高能固体推进剂的研究进展情况,结合国外发展现状,表述了关于推进剂性能及技术特点等问题,进而分析了国内外在固体推进剂各方面的差距。通过分析固体推进剂颗粒密实排列的分布,提出了多级颗粒级配在固体推进剂调配中的应用,并提出固体推进剂最大固体填充方案,利用Visual Basic软件设计和完成了单一尺寸颗粒和两级尺寸掺混两种情况下的级配方案,以此来提高推进剂的密度,使推进剂获得更高的能量。

Title    Application to multi-stage particle size  distribution in solid propellant                                                 

Abstract

Solid propellant is a kind of composite materials with specific function and power source of missiles, space vehicles of various types of solid rocket motor. In this article, by analyzing the technological development of modern solid propellant, summarized the development of solid propellant technology, the development course of a solid propellant technology has been generalized. 

By introducing new energy solid propellant progress and combined with the development status of foreign solid propellant, some problems about propellant performance and technical features has been expressed ,it analyzed the gap of the solid propellant between at home and abroad . By analyzing the distribution of dense arrangement of solid propellant grains, a multi-level particle size distribution in the solid propellant about the deployment of the application has been put forward, also it proposed a proposal about solid grains fill solid propellant and completed grading proposal in a single size gradation programs and two dimensions particle size gradation programs by using the program named Visual Basic, so the density of the propellant will be highly enough to let the propellant obtain a higher energy.
