摘要:根据当今加工技术发展趋势,数控外圆磨床随着数控技术的发展在生产制造领域的应用越来越普遍,已是机械制造业的主流设备。本课题研究和设计的内容主要为其头架及砂轮架机构,头架和砂轮架机构是构成数控外圆磨床的重要部件。磨床头架机构确保了工件的尺寸精度、表面光洁度等技术参数。砂轮架部分在加工过程中的平稳性与运转精度影响工件的加工精度。本论文在借鉴国内外成品数控外圆磨床的基础上,总结归纳并设计出此方案。涉及头架以及砂轮架机构部分的设计,采用交流伺服电机通过同步带带动主轴传动砂轮来磨削被加工物体。体壳材料的选用。采用角接触球轴承和高精度主轴来满足高精度要求。沿着时下生产制造技术的发展趋势,通过对数控外圆磨床的深度还原和全面理解将实践与知识相结合。38716
