摘要随着公共自行车系统在各大城市不断发展，公共自行车逐渐成为城市交通系统中的重要组成部分，由此也对公共自行车信息管理系统的研究提出了新的要求，本论文在对公共自行车系统发展历程和现状进行分析的基础上，进行了公共自行信息管理系统的功能设计和系统组成设计，包括四大功能：基础信息管理、租借流程管理、车辆调度与文修管理、系统运营管理；两大系统：硬件系统和软件系统。最后以南京市为例，结合SQI server 2000与Visual Basic语言，进行了信息管理系统的程序开发。7474

Title the information management system design of city public bicycle
Abstract
With public bicycle system development in the major cities, public bicycle gradually become the important part of the urban traffic system .it also puts forward new requirements for the study of public bicycle information management system. based on the analysis on the public bicycle system development course and the present situation .this paper studies information management system function design and system composition design, including four functions: basic information management, loan process management, vehicle scheduling and maintenance management, operation management system; Two major system: the hardware and software system. Finally taking nanjing as an example, combined with SQI server 2000 and Visual Basic, achieve the development of procedures of the information management system.
