摘 要:随着我国市场经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，简单的小区物业服务已经不能满足人们的需求。如何利用现代化先进的管理手段，提高物业管理水平，是当今社会所面临的一个重要课题。要想提高物业管理水平，必须全方位的提高物业管理意识。只有高标准、高质量的社区服务才能满足人们的需求。面对信息时代的挑战，利用高科技手段来提高物业管理无疑是一条行之有效的途径。在某种意义上，信息化管理水平的高低直接影响到小区物业的发展，信息与科技在物业管理与现代化建设中显现出越来越重要的地位。物业管理方面的信息化与科学化，已成为现代化生活水平步入高台阶的重要标志，因此，利用较为先进的技术开发高效、安全的信息平台就显得尤为重要。而在动态网页越来越重要的现在，ASP.NET作为开发环境，开始代替CGI，走进我们的生活.使用ASP.NET可以更方便的创建、文护网页以及对数据库进行操作。
本篇论文就是利用ASP.NET技术，探讨小区物业管理系统的开发与研究。本论文主要介绍基于B/S架构的小区物业管理系统的开发环境、开发的背景、需求分析、概要设计、系统实现等，严格按照这个过程开发设计本系统。5433

Abstract：With the rapid development of market economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the simple plot of property services have been unable to meet the needs of people. How to make use of modern advanced management tools to improve the level of property management is facing today's society an important topic. To improve the level of property management, we must all raise the awareness of property management. Only a high standard, high-quality community services to meet the needs of people. Faced with the challenges of the information age, the use of high-tech means to improve property management is a well-established channels . In a sense, the information management level of a direct impact on residential property development, information and technology in property management and the modernization of showing more and more important position. Property management and scientific information has become a modern standard of living into an important indicator of high level, therefore, the use of more efficient advanced technology development, security, information platform has become particularly important. Dynamic pages in a more and more important now, ASP.NET development environment as a start in place of CGI, into our lives . Using ASP.NET can be more convenient for the creation, maintenance of web pages and operate on the database.
This paper is to use ASP.NET technology, to explore the development of residential property management and research. In this paper, based on B / S structure of the residential property management system development environment, the development of the background, needs analysis, a summary of the design, systems and so on, in strict accordance with the process development and design of the system.
