摘要：    当今社会，公司或者个人之间的关系越来越复杂，需要签署的合同也越来越多，如何高效且有序地管理这些合同，成了每个公司必须要解决的问题。随着计算机信息技术的发展，设计一个合同管理系统便是解决这一问题的良策。对于MPB公司来说，目前欠缺一个高效的商务合同管理系统。经过前期调查和系统的分析，我决定采用Eclipse作为开发工具，用JAVA语言，Microsoft SQLServer2005数据库，开发一个小型的合同管理系统。整个系统主要分为五个功能模块，要基本实现界面友好、操作灵活方便、对于不同的用户要享有不同的权限，同时也要实现对商务合同的添加、修改、删除、查询等功能。此论文会通过后续章节详细论述这个合同管理系统的设计情况、各项功能、开发所采用的各种技术、测试情况。还会对系统功能进行演示，以及对一部分代码进行说明，以便证明本系统能有效的完成合同管理这一任务。29414

The design and implementation of the basic function subsystem of the contract management system
Abstract:     Today ,the relationship between the company or the inpidual is becoming more and more complex.We also need to sign more and more contracts. How to efficient and orderly management of these contracts become a problem to be solved by each company. With the development of information technology, designing a contract management system is a good way to solve this problem. For MPB companies, currently lacks an efficient commercial contract management system. After preliminary investigation and analysis of the system, I decided to use Eclipse as a development tool, using JAVA language, Microsoft SQLServer2005 database to develop a small contract management system. The whole system consists of five functional modules. And it to be basically friendly interface, easy operation, for different users to enjoy different rights, and also to achieve business contracts add, modify, delete, query and other functions. This paper discusses in detail the various technical design case of this contract management system, the functions, the development of the use of test cases through the following sections. Will demonstrate the system functions, as well as part of the code is described in order to demonstrate that this system can effectively manage this task to complete the contract.
