摘要近年来中国服务贸易取得了长足发展，贸易总额逐年提高，但却始终处于逆差状态。与服务贸易强国美国相比，中国服务业起步晚,在总体发展水平及服务贸易结构方面，中国和美国存在很大差距。这是由于体制法规不健全，贸易结构不合理造成的中美服务贸易逆差扩大。另外，由于中国服务贸易发展要晚于美国，发展还不够成熟，这也是主要原因之一。通过与美国服务贸易发展情况进行对比，找出中国服务贸易发展存在的不足，借鉴相关经验，为中国服务贸易的发展提供一些对策建议。68202

Title Reasons and Countermeasure Analysis of Service Trade Deficit between China and US
Abstract
China's service trade in recent years has made great progress. The total trade volume has been increased year by year. But it is always in a state of deficit. Compared with the United States, China's service industry started late. On the overall development level and structure of service trade, there is a big gap between China and the United States. Due to the system of laws and regulations which is not sound and the trade structure which is not reasonable , service trade deficit of China and the United States are expanding. In addition, China's service trade development is later than it of the United States, and the development is not mature enough. This is also one of the main reasons. By comparing with the service trade development situation of the United States, we will find out the shortage of China's service trade development experience and provide some countermeasures and Suggestions for development of China's service trade.

1.1选题的背景和意义
