摘  要：随着大众旅游时代的到来，旅游业以强劲的发展势头成为各国经济产业中具有活力的“朝阳产业”之一。淮安作为一个文化底蕴深厚的城市在旅游业发展方面具有一定的优势，如文化名人众多、风景名胜幽美等。同时伴随着当地经济的快速发展与生态环境要求的提高，其旅游业也还存在着一些问题与不足，主要表现为客源地比较局限，驻留时间短等。本文主要利用问卷调查与文献研究方法，从游客与旅游产业方面分析淮安市旅游业出现的问题，并且针对性地提出改进的措施与策略，拟为淮安政府和淮安旅游企业经营提供参考。66484

Abstract：The arrival of the era of mass tourism, the tourism industry in the global economy has become one of the most vibrant "sunrise industry with its strong momentum". As a deep cultural city, Huai’an has certain advantages in the development of tourism, for example, there are many cultural celebrities beautiful scenic spots etc. At the same time, with the rapid development of local economy and the improvement of ecological environment, there are still some problems and shortcomings in tourism industry. The main performance is compared with limited source, short dwell time. This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey and the literature research method, from the tourist and the traveling industry aspect to analyze the question which the Huaian city tourism appears. Some suggestions and strategies are put forward to provide reference for the management of the tourism enterprises in Huai’an and Huai’an government.

1  前  言

伴随着国际社会生产力的发展，劳动生产效率不断地得到提高，而旅游业作为新兴的第三产业已经成为全球经济中发展中势头最强劲的产业之一，旅游业逐渐凸显出它在国民经济中的重要作用[1,2]。旅游业的发展受到国民经济发展水平的制约并以国民经济发展水平为基础。反之，旅游业的发展又直接或间接地影响国民经济有关各部门的发展。论文网
