摘要随着现代市场经济的发展，金融产业不断趋向全球化、信息化和集聚化发展。金融产业集聚已经成为区域经济增长的重要推动力量，也对地区外国直接投资产生重要影响。本文目标主要在于探索金融产业集聚对地区FDI的影响。首先通过国内外学者关于金融产业集聚和FDI的研究，总结分析金融产业集聚的内涵、模式、动因及特征，FDI的内涵、影响因素等。然后研究金融产业集聚对地区FDI的作用机制，分为积极影响和消极影响。同时利用江苏13个市2005-2011年的数据进行实证分析，发现金融产业集聚与地区FDI存在正相关关系，FDI也离不开地方经济的发展。最后，根据研究的成果提出通过金融产业集聚促进地区FDI的几点对策和建议。66380

Title Financial Industry Cluster on the Impact of Regional FDI
Abstract With the development of a modern market economy, the financial industry becomes increasingly globalized, information technology, and agglomeration.The financial industry agglomeration has become an important driving force for regional economic growth, and has an important influence on the regional foreign direct investment. This paper aims to explore effects of the financial industry agglomeration on regional FDI. First, by learning domestic and foreign scholars’ findings on the financial industry agglomeration and FDI, I explore the connotation, mode, reasons and features of the financial industry agglomeration,the connotation and influence factors of FDI .Then I study the effects of financial industry agglomeration on FDI , which pided into positive and negative effects. At the same time, I make empirical analysis using the data of 13 cities in Jiangsu from 2005 to 2011 .I find that the financial industry agglomeration has positive correlation with FDI.FDI also cannot do without the development of local economy. Finally, based on the results presented, I come up with some countermeasures and suggestions for raising reginal FDI in the financial industry aspect.
