摘 要：班级是学生成长的重要环境，也是实现教育目标的基本场所。初中生正处于人格塑造期，一个好的班级对初中生德智体全面发展具有重要的意义。班主任是一个班级的主心骨，是班级的教育者和组织者，在班集体的发展和学习的健康成长中起着十分重要的作用。班级管理不仅是一门科学，更是一门艺术。如何提高班级管理效益，使班级管理的科学性和艺术性有机地统一起来，是每一位班主任值得深思的重大课题。本文以现代管理科学的有关理论、文献为依据，以道口镇一初中学校班主任的班级管理策略为代表，从班主任的工作实际出发，根据当代初中生的特征指出了当前班级管理中存在的问题和不足之处，论述了科学班级管理策略的原则，组建良好的班集体，制定有效的班级管理制度，构建“以生为本”的班级发展网络的实施策略。36770

Study on the Strategy of Class Management in Junior High School Teacher
Abstract：Class is the considerable environment for students’ development as well as the basic place for the realization of educational aims. Junior high school students are at the age of personality moulding, so a good class has important significance to develop students’ all-round morality ,intelligence and physique. As the mainstay educator and organizer of a class, the head teacher plays an only too momentous role in the healthy growth of the development of class and learning. Classroom management is not only a science, but also an art. How to improve the efficiency of the class management and organically unify the scientific character and artistic character of class management is a considerable topic for every head teacher to ponder over. Based on the related theories and literature of modern management science, this paper selects a Junior high school head teacher’s class management strategies of DaoKou Town as a example, and presents problems and defects at present class management in the light of characteristics of contemporary Junior high school students and the head teacher’s working experience and practice. The paper also discuss the scientific principles of class management strategies, forming a good class group, making effective class management system, building implementation of the strategies of “student-based” class development network.
