摘 要：小学课堂教学公平对小学生学业成绩的提高和身心健康发展都有着重要的意义和作用。因此,实现课堂教学公平是当前教育教学研究的热点课题和急需解决的问题。本论文对江苏省苏州市某小学课堂教学公平状况进行了调查，对小学课堂教学公平问题进行了梳理并分析问题的成因，并从转变教师的观念、改革教学方法，因人施教、教学评价方法多样化三个方面提出改变小学课堂教学不公平现象的建议。65090

Abstract: Primary school classroom teaching fairness to the improvement of the academic performance of students and health of body and mind development is of great significance and role. So, achieve classroom teaching fairness is the current hot topic of education teaching research and needed to resolve. In this paper, a primary school classroom teaching in Suzhou in Jiangsu province has been made for the fair investigation. This paper generalizes the fairness of classroom teaching in primary schools and analyses of the causes of problems, and from changing the concept of teachers, reform teaching methods, teach students in accordance of their aptitude, persified teaching evaluation means three aspects suggest changing primary school classroom teaching unfair phenomenon.
