摘要:α, α-二氯代苯乙酮类化合物是一类重要的有机合成中间体,因其结构特殊,能够发生多种有机化学反应,因而受到了越来越多的关注。目前,虽然合成此类化合物方法有很多种,但是这些方法存在着一定的缺陷——不仅不易操作,并且合成过程中所需的试剂通常毒性很强,对人体以及环境都造成一定得危害,并且产物需要多步提纯。而近年来,由于对环境保护的关注度越来越高,因而实行绿色化学日趋紧迫。为了响应绿色化学号召,将传统溶剂和易得到的廉价又无毒无害的溶剂混合,将其作为反应溶剂,在此体系中进行氯代反应,通过对酸性催化剂的筛选,研究在水-酯混合溶剂中苯乙酮氯代反应的反应情况。寻找优化的反应条件,尝试“水-酯”混合体系的循环利用。通过调整各种反应物的比例使其得到较高的产率 ,并研发出α, α-二氯代苯乙酮类化合物的绿色合成路线。在此基础上,提高水-酯混合溶剂的可利用性。6446

The Study of Chlorine Substitution Reaction in Recycling Water-Ester Solvent
Abstract: As a kind of important organic intermediates, α,α-dichlorinated acetophenones can participate in a variety of organic chemistry reaction because of its special structure, which has drawn more and more attentions. Currently there are large numbers of methods of preparing of these compounds, nevertheless, that have certain drawbacks. These methods are difficult to manipulate and high toxic for requisite reagent. These reagents are harmful to both human and environment and the products require a multi-step purification. Recently, with the high emphasis on environmental protection, green chemistry is becoming increasingly urgent. According to the requirements of times, therefore, mix the traditional solvents with cheap and innocuous solvenst to generate the medium of the reaction, with which chlorine substitution reaction is carried out. By selecting TCCA,the reaction result of this synthesis of the α,α-dichlorinated acetophenones were studied. the optimal reaction condition is explored and try to realize circulating utilization of the medium of the reaction .Most proportions of reactant were adjusted to obtain an excellent yield of products and a greener synthetic pathways of α,α-dichlorinated acetophenones and  other α,α-dichlorinated acetophenones compounds is developed .On this base, the availability of the water-ester mixture-solvents is improved.
