氧化铜石墨烯复合负极材料的制备

摘要铜氧化物负极材料具有较高的比容量、较高的放电电压、较长的循环寿命等优点,成为近年来研究较多的电池负极材料。本实验以氯化铜、氢氧化钠、石墨粉为材料,使用沉淀法成功合成了六种锂电池负极材料:纯氧化铜、氧化亚铜/酸处理C(石墨)、铜氧化物/未水洗氧化石墨、铜氧化物/水洗氧化石墨、氧化亚铜/C(葡萄糖)、三氧化四铜/石墨烯。电极材料中除纯铜氧化物外,其他样品中含碳量均为2%。使用XRD表征其中电化学性能较好的四种样品,显示样品1为纯氧化铜,样品2为氧化亚铜/酸处理C(石墨),样品5为氧化亚铜/C(葡萄糖),样品6为三氧化四铜/石墨烯。使用电池测试系统对电池进行充放电循环测试,测试结果表明纯氧化铜样品的最高比容量为423mAh•g-1;氧化亚铜/酸处理C(石墨)样品的最高比容量为222mAh•g-1;氧化亚铜/C(葡萄糖)样品的最高比容量为393mAh•g-1; 三氧化四铜/石墨烯样品的最高比容量为621mAh•g-1。其中三氧化四铜/石墨烯的放电比容量最高。58244

Abstract

Copper oxide anode material with high specific capacity, high discharge voltage, long cycle life advantages,,it becomes more recent study of lithium-ion battery anode material,.In this experiment, copper chloride, sodium hydroxide, graphite powder materials were successfully synthesized using precipitation six lithium battery anode material: copper oxide, copper oxide / acid treatment C (graphite), copper oxide / unwashed graphite oxide, copper oxide / laundry graphite oxide, copper oxide / C (glucose), copper oxide / grapheme. The electrode material, in addition to copper oxide, the carbon content of the other samples was 2%. XRD characterization using the electrochemical properties of which the preferred four samples,Sample 1 is shown as a pure copper oxide, cuprous oxide sample 2 / acid treatment C (graphite), Sample 5 of cuprous oxide / glucose sample 6 as four copper oxide / graphene。Battery test system battery charge and discharge cycle test, the test results show that the highest specific capacity of pure copper oxide sample was 423mAh • g-1;Cuprous oxide / acid treatment than the maximum capacity C (graphite) sample was 222mAh • g-1; the highest specific capacity cuprous oxide / glucose sample was 393mAh • g-1; the highest ratio of four copper oxide / C (graphene )samples capacity of 621mAh • g-1. Three of four copper oxide / grapheme samples have highest discharge capacity。
