摘要本文的目的是制备能对硝化纤文素(NC)进行高效检测的分子印迹传感器。内容包括:制备分子印迹聚合物(MIP);改变温度以及交联剂浓度,根据对硝化纤文素的结合率,探索合适的反应条件,并解释其原因;采用红外光谱法研究了MIP、非印迹聚合物(NIP)、NC的结构;用四氢呋喃对MIP及NIP进行溶解,制成薄膜;采用MIP、NIP制备电化学传感器,用电化学方法比较MIP、NIP对NC的选择性。26987
主要实验结果如下:温度55℃、交联剂体积2mL为最佳的反应条件;MIP与NC红外光谱图在837cm-1处有相同的吸收峰,MIP粉末中有残余的NC; MIP电化学传感器对NC具有特异吸附性。
结果表明:利用本文所述方法能制备出性能可靠,并且能快速检测NC的电化学传感器。

Title      Preparation, characterization and performance of molecularly  imprinted polymer-based electrochemical sensors for detection of nitrocellulose                 Abstract
This paper deals with the preparation of a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for the fast detection of nitrocellulose. The influence of the temperature and the concentration of cross linker on the adsorption of nitrocellulose was investigated to obtain suitable reaction conditions and parameters. The prepared molecularly imprinted polymer, non-imprinted polymer and nitrocellulose was characterized by Infrared Spectroscopy. The molecularly imprinted polymer and non-imprinted polymer membrane were prepared using tetrahydrofuran as a solution. And the properties of different electrochemical sensors that used molecularly imprinted polymer and non-imprinted polymer as sensitive membrane respectively were studied according to the selectivity to nitrocellulose.Prepared molecular imprinted polymer exhibited a best adsorption performance of nitrocellulose as the temperature is 55℃ and the volume of cross-linker was 2mL. From the IR spectroscopy, the absorption peak at 837 cm-1 of molecularly imprinted polymer is same with that of nitrocellulose, which indicates some extents of residue of nitrocellulose in the molecularly imprinted polymer. The molecularly imprinted polymer-film electrochemical sensor had a specific selectivity to nitrocellulose.
Results show that it is viable for the electrochemical sensor to detect nitrocellulose efficiently by the method described in this paper.
