摘要:本文主要研究的内容是建立和优化硫酸锌产品中残留氧化物的测定方法,并设法去除或降低残留氧化物。主要采用氧化还原电位(ORP)法,以不同的电解质溶液作为测试使用的溶剂,将各饲料用硫酸锌样品溶于电解质溶液中,使用ORP电极对其进行定性、定量的测定。分别以氯化钾溶液及磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为电解质溶液进行比较,结果表明氯化钾溶液更适合作为本次研究使用的电解质溶液。以具有不同氧化还原性的物质:过氧化氢、高锰酸钾、柠檬酸作为残留氧化物含量的定量基准对其进行ORP值测定,数据表明,可以以柠檬酸作为定量基准。此外,在110℃对硫酸锌样品进行烘干后,对其ORP值测定后发现其数值有所下降,因此表明残留氧化物的含量确实有所下降,该法有效。21052

Determine and Eliminate the Residual Oxide in Feed Additive Zinc Sulfate
Abstract: The main contents of this study is to establish and optimize the determination of residual oxide in Zinc Sulfate products, and try to remove or reduce the content of the residual oxide. The main method of this research is the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) measurement. In the experiment, various electrolyte solutions are used as the solvent. Firstly, the samples of the feed additive Zinc Sulfate are dissolved in the electrolyte solution, and use the ORP electrodes to determine the samples’ properties and contents. Secondly, compare the differences between the two electrolyte solutions: the Potassium Chloride Solution and the Phosphate Buffer Solution. The results show that the Potassium Chloride Solution as an electrolytic solution is more suitable in this study. Thirdly, measure the ORP value of the Hydrogen Peroxide, Potassium Permanganate, and Citric Acid, which of the three substances have different redox properties. These three substances are used as a quantitative benchmark of the residual oxide content. The test data show that, the Citric Acid can be used as a quantitative benchmark of the residual oxide in Zinc Sulfate products. Further, after drying the Zinc Sulfate samples in 110℃ and determine its ORP, the results show that the ORP value decreased. Thus, the fact indicating that the content of the residual oxide is really decreased, so the method is valid.
