摘要:从绿色化学的角度,以苯甲醚为原料制备愈创木酚,具有较大的发展前景,针对现有工业生产中存在的问题,从反应的热力学,动力学本质出发积极探索开发符合反应本质要求的工艺和设备。
以苯甲醚为原料,以硫酸、氯磺酸为磺化试剂制备甲氧基苯磺酸盐。然后以甲氧基苯磺酸盐为原料通过碱熔法制备甲氧基苯酚钠。原料苯甲醚经过磺化,中和制成甲氧基苯磺酸钠,把甲氧基苯磺酸钠和氢氧化钠一起加热熔融,生成甲氧基苯酚钠,再酸化即得到愈创木酚。
苯磺酸钠碱熔法是最早生产苯酚的方法,虽然消耗大量的强酸,强碱,腐蚀性大,生产工序多,但工艺成熟,设备简单,产率高,产品纯度高,并且反应过程中的副产物能循环利用,目前此法具有其其工业意义。尤其是提倡环保的今天,我们可以让碱熔法焕发出新的活力。21045
本文探索愈创木酚制备过程中的磺化反应,碱熔反应对该反应的影响因素进行了讨论,得出了最佳的反应条件。

 Study on the Anisole Synthetic Guaiacol
Abstract: From the perspective of green chemistry to materials for the preparation of anisole guaiacol, with great prospects for the existing problems in industrial production, from thermodynamics, reaction kinetics starting to actively explore the nature of development in line with the nature of the reaction technology and equipment requirements.
Anisole as raw material, sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid as the sulfonating reagent prepared methoxybenzene sulfonate. Then methoxy salt as raw materials were prepared by alkali fusion method methoxy sodium phenol. Raw anisole After sulfonation, and made methoxy benzene sulfonate, sodium and sodium hydroxide to methoxy heated and melted together to produce sodium methoxy phenol, then acidification that get guaiac phenols.
Benzene sulfonate alkali fusion method is the first production of phenol, although consume large amounts of acids, alkalis, corrosive large, multi-production process, but the process is mature, simple equipment, high yield and high purity, and the reaction process the by-product can be recycled, currently this method has its its industrial significance. In particular, to promote environmental protection today, we can make alkali fusion full of new vitality.
This article explores the guaiacol during the preparation of sulfonated reaction, alkali fusion reaction condition.
