摘要中国是一个老年人口基数庞大的国家，近年来更是有快速增长的趋势，老年人的养老工作迅速得到了社会各界的关注，但由于社会经济条件以及认识的局限，长期以来，人们对养老存在偏差，认为吃好穿好就是做好了养老工作，导致了老年人文娱乐的缺失。本研究在文献回顾的基础上，采用问卷调查法，探索我国城镇老年群体的文娱需求现状。结果发现，城镇老年人的人文娱乐需求普遍比较大，但由于企业相关产品及服务实践匮乏以及政府政策落实不足，导致我国城镇老年群体文娱活动缺失，本研究的意义就在于为企业的营销策略的制定及政府相关政策的制定提供建议。45054

 Abstract
Chinese is an old population cardinal number is large country, in recent years there is a trend of rapid growth, the aged work quickly got the attention of social all circles, but because of the social economic conditions and the limitations of understanding, for a long time, people have the deviation to the pension, that eat well dressed is ready to the old-age work, lead to a lack of elderly humanistic entertainment. This study on the basis of literature review, questionnaire survey method was adopted to explore the status quo, entertainment needs of urban elderly population in china. Result discovery, the urban elderly human recreational demand is generally large, but due to the insufficient implementation of the enterprise related products and services lack of practice and government policy, resulting in loss of urban elderly population of recreational activities in China, the significance of this research is to provide recommendations for the development of enterprise's marketing strategy formulation and government policy.

 城镇老年人文娱乐需求现状调查
近几年，老年人群地位日趋提高，传统的老年人文娱乐活动已经不能满足老年人的需求，为提高老年人的生活幸福度，社会将目光投向了老年人文娱乐的需求。
 一、引言

中国庞大的老年人口基数，加上快速的增长趋势，人口老龄化已经成为不可逆转的趋势，因此，加强对老年人问题以及养老工作的关注，具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。但由于社会经济条件的制约和认识的局限，长期以来，社会普遍认为养老就是经济上的供养，老人吃饱穿暧、身体健康就是养老的全部内涵。于是，老年人精神状态和文化生活全然被忽视了。
