摘要：无锡是长江三角洲地区的重要城市，历史文化名城，我国近代工商业和乡镇企业的发源地。近几年无锡市的城市经济快速发展，然而其产业用地结构和布局却造成了土地资源的巨大浪费，导致城市土地利用效率低下。在这样的背景下，无锡市率先走出了一条“农业向适度规模经营和现代都市农业规划区集中，乡镇工业向开发园区和工业集中区集中”的土地集约利用的新路子。通过对无锡市土地集约利用管理存在问题的分析研究，探索出土地集约利用中存在的普遍问题并找到一些有效的解决方案。65623

Abstract：Wuxi is an important city in the Yangtze River Delta region， the famous historical and cultural city， the national China of modern industry and Commerce and the birthplace of the birthplace of township enterprises. 1  前言

在当今世界，特别是在发展中国家的城市用地盲目大规模扩张的过程中，其后果已引起各国政府的关注，尤其是如何对土地进行有效的集约化利用，在加快城市经济飞速发展的同时还能促进土地资源的可持续利用。而我国人多地少的国情也迫使我们必需要对城市土地进行集约利用。在很长一段时间内，不仅我国城市土地的供需矛盾将会日益严重，人地矛盾问题突出，而且浪费现象更是渐渐突显，城市土地利用在耕地短缺十分突出的情况下，城市土地粗放利用更是加剧了土地供需之间的矛盾。所以，无论是从城市土地对未来的规划，还是城市对有限的土地资源进行集约的可持续利用，都是一个亟待解决的问题。要实现城市的经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变，只有将经济发展转移到新型工业化道路上来，集约利用资源，调整产业结构，才能真正提升我国的城市竞争力。论文网 无锡市土地集约利用存在问题及对策:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_73314.html
